When you submit a demo request through this Site, you are requesting that a Fiveoak team member contact you to schedule a product walkthrough. Submitting a request does not create a sales contract, guarantee a specific response time, or obligate Fiveoak to provide any particular product or service.
We will make reasonable efforts to respond to demo requests promptly, but we cannot guarantee a response within any specific timeframe.

IN NO EVENT SHALL FIVEOAK'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100).
